Beginnings, Starters, and Appetizers:



I would like to begin by stating that I am not a great chef, nor am I a culinary expert. I am simply a girl who loves food. I enjoy brief stints of inspired experimentation, which does  occasionally turn out a result that's worth sharing; But mostly I delight in the indulging of artful, decadent, quality cuisine.

Here's the kicker though.......I lead a very fit and active life style that begins with the food that I'm ingesting...So not only do I need masterfully prepared food that looks like art and tastes like an orgasm-I need food that is on the skinny end of caloric and boasts as much nutritional merit as it does flavor. WHERE might such food be found? Well...that is precisely why I am beginning this blog. It's just another place for me to share my findings, whether it be a useful recipe, a restaurant worthy of the gods, or an original thought that actually turned out edible.
